After more than two decades leading within public school systems and supporting organizations through complex change, Dr. Kathleen Black founded MH Education Solutions with a deep understanding of what it takes to move priorities from vision into consistent practice. The organization was built on the belief that meaningful improvement requires strong leadership, aligned systems, and the ability to translate strategy into action. Through coaching, organizational support, and professional learning, MH Education Solutions partners with schools, nonprofits, and leadership teams working to strengthen practice and sustain long term progress.
